Just got the Morakniv 164 hook knife off Amazon and I'm looking forward to doing some actual carving instead of just turning big sticks into smaller sticks this winter. The knife is going to live in my pack but I don't currently have a sheath for it.I've never had to maintain a carbon steel based blade before, much less a hooked one.
